My Kind of Mystery Challenge

February 1, 2017 – January 31, 2018

Carolyn at Riedel Fascination is tempting us again with her My Kind of Mystery Challenge. And of course I'm joining--Because you know I have a thing for mysteries. Her mystery challenge allows for all sorts of mystery-related reading from crime novels to true crime; from author biographies to writing tips for wanna-be authors. If it's related to mysteries, it counts. She has made a few adjustments to the challenge rules, so there are more details to be found...check them out at the link above.

My Sign-Up: Carolyn isn't requiring that we post a commitment--and doesn't list challenge levels this year as she has in the past, but as a personal challenge I'm going for the "Invisible Floor" level (41-70 mysteries) from previous years again in 2017.

Here's to a wonderful 2017 for all of us, Bev! Thank you for helping me advertize. Your post will be seen by several mystery readers. Join us, folks! I am reminding myself to link a wrap-up post at the review page for 2016. I'd love to see how your list came out so if you get a chance to add that, it can be the same post you started with if you like.

I really love my creative names for reading levels in My Kind Of Mystery and ETHEREAL but didn't want to confuse people into thinking they need to do anything but keep adding whatever fits my themes. Many for instance would claim a level and go no further. I'd rather they stay with me all year, play in the activities, reply to articles I write, discuss our progress generally. But since you & I like those atmospheric names for how far we get, I will add those jpgs to our first progress post. Yours, Carolyn www.CMRiedel.Wordpress.com
